We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. This page lists the small amount of browser storage we do use and why.

This policy is issued by Technolify and forms part of the Privacy Policy. "Cookies" here includes similar browser technologies such as local storage and session storage.

What we do not do

  • No advertising, retargeting or social media tracking cookies or pixels.
  • No third-party analytics cookies.
  • No selling or sharing of browsing data for advertising.

This website (trademetry.app)

This website does not set cookies of its own. Visits are measured with our own cookieless analytics: no identifier is stored in your browser, your IP address is not stored, and visitors are counted with an anonymous value that changes every day.

The Trademetry platform

When you sign in, the app keeps the following in your browser's local storage. All of it is strictly necessary for the Service or remembers a choice you made:

  • Sign-in tokens (access_token, refresh_token): keep you signed in. Removed when you sign out.
  • Preferences (for example sidebar-collapsed, the dashboard and analytics scope and period you last chose, and default accounts for new trade plans): remember how you left the screen.
  • Signup attribution (tm_attribution, session storage): if you arrived from a campaign link (for example one with utm_source), keeps those tags until you finish signing up so the signup can be credited to the campaign. Cleared when you close the tab.
  • Support session keys (impersonate_*, role_simulation): used only when our staff or your workspace administrator view the app on your behalf for support, and removed when they finish.

Service providers

  • Network security. Our network provider, Cloudflare, may set strictly necessary cookies to protect the site and app against bots and attacks.
  • Payments. When you save a card, you are taken to a checkout page hosted by our payment processor, Stripe, which uses its own cookies for fraud prevention under its own policy.

Consent and your choices

Because we only use strictly necessary storage and preferences you set, we do not show a cookie consent banner. You can clear or block cookies and site data in your browser settings at any time; if you clear the app's storage you will be signed out. We honour Global Privacy Control signals, although we have no advertising sharing for them to switch off.

If we ever introduce non-essential cookies, we will update this policy first and, where the law requires, ask for your consent before setting them.
