What we collect
When you submit the "get updates" form on this site, we collect the name and email address you provide (and, where offered, your company name and what markets you trade). When you create a workspace through "Start free", account creation is handled by the Trademetry product itself, not this marketing site.
How it's used
Form submissions are forwarded to Trademetry's own CRM as a contact record, so we can follow up about the product. We don't sell this information, and we don't run third-party advertising trackers or analytics pixels on this site.
Where it's stored
Submissions are sent to Trademetry's backend over an authenticated API call. If that backend is temporarily unreachable, a submission is held locally on this site's server until it can be forwarded. It is not sent anywhere else in the meantime.
Cookies
This marketing site does not set tracking or advertising cookies. Any cookies used are limited to what's required for the site itself to function.
