Payment Terms
These terms cover how your subscription is priced, charged, renewed, and cancelled. You accept them when you create a workspace and when you save a payment card.

What you are subscribing to
Trademetry is billed per account seat, per month. Your plan includes a number of copier accounts at no charge. Seats above that included amount are billed at the unit price shown on the pricing page and on the signup screen at the time you subscribe. EA accounts and copier accounts are priced separately because they consume different resources.
If you stay within the included free amounts, no charge applies and you are not asked for a card.
Authorization for recurring charges
When you save a card, you authorize us to charge that card on a recurring monthly basis for the seats on your plan, without further action from you, until you cancel. Charges continue at the then current price for as long as your subscription is active. You confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method you provide.
Billing period and proration
Subscriptions are billed monthly against a common billing date. Your first period is prorated: you pay only for the days between the day you subscribe and the end of that first period, rather than a full month.
If you add seats mid period, the added seats are prorated from the day they are added. If you remove seats mid period, no credit or refund is issued for the remainder of that period, and the reduction takes effect from the following period.
Failed payments, grace period, and suspension
If a payment fails or an invoice is not settled by its due date, we will notify you and allow a grace period to resolve it. If it remains unpaid after the grace period, your workspace may be suspended.
While suspended, no new trades are copied to your accounts. Positions that are already open remain fully manageable: you can still close, partially close, and modify them. Suspension does not close your positions and does not lock you out of managing existing risk. Access is restored once the outstanding balance is paid.
If your card requires additional verification from your bank, we will ask you to confirm it. That is a verification step rather than a missed payment, and we will tell you which one has happened.
Cancellation
You may cancel at any time from your workspace settings. Cancellation stops future renewals. It does not retroactively refund the current period, and your subscription remains active until the end of the period you have already paid for.
Refunds
Subscription fees are generally non refundable, including for partial periods and for seats you stop using during a period. If you believe you have been billed in error, contact us and we will investigate and correct genuine billing mistakes.
Price changes
We may change prices. Any change to the price of your existing subscription takes effect from a future billing period, and we will give you advance notice before it applies. Continuing to use the service after that notice constitutes acceptance of the new price.
Taxes and currency
Prices are stated in US dollars unless shown otherwise. Amounts are exclusive of any sales tax, VAT, or similar tax, which is added where applicable. You are responsible for any bank fees or currency conversion charges applied by your card issuer.
Card data and your payment information
Card details are collected and stored by our payment processor on the processor's own systems. We do not receive, store, or have access to your full card number, expiry date, or security code. We retain only an opaque reference that lets us request a charge against the card you authorized.
Chargebacks
If you dispute a charge with your card issuer rather than contacting us, we may suspend the workspace while the dispute is resolved. We would much rather fix a billing problem directly, so please contact us first.
Trading risk
Trademetry is software for replicating trades between accounts you control or are authorized to manage. Copy trading carries risk, including the risk of loss exceeding your expectations. Nothing on this site or in the product is trading, investment, tax, or financial advice, and your subscription fee is payable regardless of your trading results.
Changes to these terms
We may revise these payment terms. The version identifier and date above change when we do, and the version you accepted is recorded at the time you accepted it. Material changes affecting an active subscription will be notified in advance.
